BCA Announces Plans For Glass Pontoon Tower

In collaboration with Carvana, the Brandermill Community Association has announced plans for the construction of a glass pontoon storage tower at Commodore Point.

Known as "Pontoona," the glass tower is expected to add 20 storage spaces to Commodore Point's current pontoon capacity. The BCA will fund the tower by incrementally increasing resident dues over a period of five years.

Local architecture firm Parti Slomo is responsible for the design. Loe-Bidd, LLC is slated to be the general contractor. Construction is expected to begin in September of 2026.
